Online registration for the 2013 UIAA Ice Climbing world tour begins on 1 December 2012.

Athletes and member federations are requested to go to http://www.theuiaa.org/ice_climbing_2013 to complete their registrations.

Please bookmark http://www.theuiaa.org/ice_climbing_2013 as this will also  be the home page for the tour which begins in Cheongsong, South Korea on 12 January 2013 and continues on to Switzerland, Romania and then Russia. This page will contain all the latest information and athlete information and will have live results once the competition begins.

Air fare subsidy

The Korean Alpine Federation (KAF) will subsidize the cost of air travel for some athletes to encourage more nations and athletes to participate:

• National team is from Asia: €300 per person up to 3 athletes
• National team is from outside Asia: €500 per person up to 2 athletes
• Athletes ranked 1st to 3rd in world will receive 1,000€ airfare subsidy. Athletes, except for Koreans, who are ranked in in two disciplines will be paid 1,000€
