2014 UIAA General Assembly - Flagstaff, Arizona

UIAA member federations who wish to send delegates to the 2014 UIAA General Assembly that will be held in Flagstaff, Arizona from 15 October to 19 October must register online through the Member's Area login page.

The login information was sent to the main email contact for your federation.

  1. To access the registration page, please follow these steps:
  2. Once you login, click on the Members tab.
  3. Then click on the Meetings tab.
  4. Click the Attend button.
  5. Add participant
  6. Follow the prompts
  7. If you start your registration and do not complete it, you must save the registration by clicking on the "save" button in Step 4 to come back to it later

Please note that delegates are responsible for booking their own hotel rooms through the Hotel websites links provided. For more information regarding the Hotel prices please click here.

You must, however, let the UIAA office know through the registration form, which hotel you have chosen.

Registration will be open from Tuesday 22nd July 2014.

Flagstaff, Arizona is home to the largest Ponderosa Pine tree forest in the World and is also the gateway to the Grand Canyon. The town is located at the base of Mt. Humphreys which stands at 12,633 feet tall (or about 4,221 meters) and helps to create a great mountain town feel. The General Assembly takes place in Flagstaff in October, so it will have begun to cool down and the Aspen trees will have begun to change colors. Be sure to pack a warm jacket and bring a camera. Flagstaff has a central downtown area which is full of life on a daily basis. Downtown is where you will be able to find places to eat, shop and drink.
