At the end of August, the UIAA Access Commission travelled to Canmore, Canada for its 31st annual meeting. EIGHTEEN PROJECTS NOMINATED FOR PRESTIGIOUS AWARD

Submissions for the 2018 UIAA Mountain Protection Award came from all corners of the globe with the project’s dedicated assessment team confirming the nomination of eighteen projects. EAWS announces changes to avalanche standards
