Batushev and Feoktistova take Speed Golds in Rabenstein

Russia's Pavel Batushev and Ekaterina Feoktistova  won speed gold medals in the UIAA Ice Climbing World Cup event in Rabenstein, Italy on Saturday 28 January. Batushev set a time of 9.23 seconds to finish ahead of Vladimir Kartashev who recorded a best time of 9.24. Bronze medal went to Egor Trapeznikov (9.34).
