Liechtenstein: Following Government Guidelines

UIAA

Liechtensteiner Alpenverein, UIAA full member in Liechtenstein communicated the following advisory to its membership.

The below is a translation from the original article in German.

Measures and recommendations related to the coronavirus

Dear Alpine Club members and mountain friends

The measures and recommendations relating to the corona virus have also been massively tightened in Liechtenstein.

The work and club life of the Alpine Club are enormously affected by current developments. For this reason, we cancelled all activities of the Alpine Club last week. These cancellations remain in effect until further notice.

The office is also closed for personal visits. Information will be answered by phone or email.

We ask all of our members to adhere to the government’s guidelines in view of social interaction and not to meet with more than five people. The LAV also does not recommend private ski tours or group hikes.

We will overcome this crisis with solidarity and discipline in the midst of our community. Thank you very much.
